Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Sōke Spas website located at sokespas.ca (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, or federal laws
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site without express written permission

2. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing, configurations, and quotes generated through our Build Studio configurator are estimates and are subject to change. A quote does not constitute a binding offer or contract. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by a Sōke Spas representative following consultation. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.

3. Product Information

We endeavor to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Product availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. Colors displayed may vary from actual product color due to display settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sōke Spas or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sōke Spas makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sōke Spas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation services are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed at time of purchase. Sōke Spas is not responsible for delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Customer is responsible for ensuring site access and any required permits or approvals prior to delivery.

8. Warranty

Products sold by Sōke Spas are covered by the manufacturer warranty provided by Coast Spas Manufacturing. Warranty terms, coverage, and claims are governed by Coast Spas’ warranty documentation provided at time of purchase. Warranty service is facilitated by Sōke Spas as an authorized dealer.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
